Important Update to Our Policies, Procedures and Pricing

Dear Valued Patient,

At Summit Back Care, your care and treatments are my top priorities. To better align with my operating goals, we are making some updates to our payment process, effective immediately for new patients and those needing a new package. And for those who recently made a payment (in the past week) the current policies will stay in effect until your next payment is due, please see current policies at the bottom of the page. These changes are designed help you get the care and treatments you need in order to see the results you are wanting and provide future stability for Summit Back Care.

What This Means for You
Payments will be made at the beginning of every month unless you are on the maintenance program. If you come in after the first of the month, you will be prorated for the treatment time remaining in the month. Payments and packages will look as follows:

A package of 8 treatments ($200) is for those who need to come two or more time per week. Since this is the best deal, it will be allocated only for those patients with more severe cases and the need to be seen more frequently. The price will increase to $250 ($31.25 per treatment) Jan 5th.

A package of 4 treatments ($120) is for those who want to come in once per week for the month. This will keep your progress going. The price will increase to $150 ($37.50 per treatment) Jan 5th.

The maintenance program ($40 per treatment) is for those who are doing very well and only need to come in one to two times per month. The price will increase to $50 per treatment Jan 5th.

No calls, no shows and last-minute cancellations will result in a lost treatment, unless authorized by Trina. If you become ill, or there is an emergency you will have one week to make up for lost treatments.

Old Policies for patients that just purchased a new package
Packages offered at Summit Back Care are only for patients who need to be seen on a regular basis. Each package has a time limit to be used. A package of 8 treatments must be used within 9 weeks of purchase, and a package of 4 treatments must be used within 5 weeks. Treatments not used within this time frame will be forfeited.
